- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 14-year-old female with 3-week history of nausea and multiple episodes of vomiting. Topics include patient denying recent abdominal trauma, abnormal vaginal bleeding, hematochezia, constipation, and diarrhea; and requiring urgent definitive treatment such as appendicitis, ectopic pregnancy, ovarian torsion, and pelvic inflammatory disease .
