- Title
Opinion on Ethical Issues Raised by the Use of Corpses for Preservation or for Exhibition in Museums.
- Abstract
The article discusses the ethical issues behind the use of corpses for preservation or for exhibition in museums. It talks about the concern on the dehumanisation of corpses in the museum's exhibition. It tackles three comments on the subject of the reasons and purposes claimed by organisers for using cadaver in exhibitions, such as the doctors' preference to use cadavers. It suggests that dead people should only be used for material gain and entertainment and cannot be considered only in its medical and legal dimensions.
