- Abstract
For completing Koch's postulates, I C. seifrizii i plants were inoculated by spraying spore suspension (1 × 10 SP 6 sp spores/ml), while control plants were treated with sterile distilled water only and covered with polythene bags during first 24 h to keep them moist for disease development (Kittimorakul et al. [2]).
