- Authors
TWOMEY, ANNE
- Abstract
In this article, the author argues against the controversial amendments to the Election Funding, Expenditure and Disclosures Act 1981 (NSW) in 2010 and 2012. She mentions that these amendments have raised questions about their compatibility with the implied freedom of political communication. She informs that the 2012 amendments have banned political donations from any body or person other than a person on the state.
