- Abstract
The article focuses on the constitutional framework that governs the state intervention into family matters related to child protection services (CPS). It discusses the differential response system under the concept of voluntariness for the integration of power and authority of CPS workers and CPS agencies. It presents information on the U.S. law of voluntariness and courts jurisdiction related to constitutional rights and voluntary consent.
