- Abstract
The article discusses the criminalization of the false use of U.S. Social Security numbers or other employment authorization paperwork by undocumented workers, and it mentions the development of America's workplace immigration regulations, identity theft laws, and the legal rights and obligations of temporary workers under U.S. immigration laws. Amendments to the country's Immigration and Nationality Act in 1952 and 1965 are mentioned, along with the U.S. Immigration Reform and Control Act.
