- Abstract
The article suggests a redesign for the regulatory framework to review endocrine-disrupting chemicals, especially focusing on bisphenol A (BPA), under the California's Proposition 65, a public right to know law of national significance. It manifests that requisite Rules to ameliorate transparency between policy and science for public to take action as per a public policy is necessitated. It recommends opening of a public rulemaking process that includes trained and specialized scientists.
