Abstract
The article reports that human rights activist Huang Qi has been jailed for exposing a poorly built school that collapsed and killed thousands of children during the Sichuan earthquake of 2008 in China. It mentions that parents and activists have continually demand to punish those who are responsible for the poor construction of the building. It affirms that the court which sentenced Huang gave no accounts and details of the charge given to him.
