- Abstract
The article discusses the significance of the U.S. federal case Glatt v. Fox Searchlight Pictures, Inc., particularly concerning the unpaid internship programs at nonprofit firms under the U.S. legislation the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). It argues that the case unpaid internships at nonprofit organizations would not receive preferential treatment in U.S. law and predicted that several lawsuits would emerge as a result of the ruling.
