- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 36-year-old male who was presented for the evaluation of posterior circulation strokes with a strong history of acroparaesthesia. The patient was performed with his physical examination which revealed extensive angiokeratoma over his trunk ans was diagnosed with Fabry disease (FD). His magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of brain and computed tomography (CT) Brain showed extensive extrapulvinar calcification.
