- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 59 year old women with a history of hypertension presented with a one week history of nausea and bloody vomiting. Topics include development of sudden neurologic decline, and the revelation of cerebellopontine angle (CPA) masses near the internal acoustic meatus (IAM) from magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). It maintains that diagnosis of a cerebellopontine angle tumor should begin with a vestibular schwannoma.
