The article informs on two National Association for the Education of Young Children initiatives namely Power to the Profession, and Advancing Equity in Early Childhood Education for promoting equity among early childhood educators through teacher research. Topics include interrogating issues of equity in early education settings; uniting early childhood educators across contexts; and investigating inclusion in public pre-kindergarten teachers.
