The article focuses on setting up the standard of review in the administrative laws of Canada. Topics discussed include role of the Supreme Court of Canada in setting up the standards of review for the administrative law, impact of decision on the case Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) v. New Brunswick (NB) Liquor Corp. on the approaches related to judicial review and interpretation and construction of the laws made for the reviews.
