- Abstract
The article focuses on Woodlands School Settlement Agreement, which was approved by the Supreme Court of British Columbia regarding disabled children and adults' abuse at Woodlands School, a hospital in British Columbia. It discusses complications of the settlement agreement terms under which survivors of sexual and non-sexual abuse should seek compensation in a limited period for nonsexual abuse claim. It manifests litigation against crown immunity as a complication for abused people.
