- Abstract
The article discusses the issues over the teaching of critical race theory (CRT) in law schools in the U.S. Also cited are the alleged integration of racism in American society like business, housing, and healthcare, the legal challenges filed against laws aimed at limiting the teaching of CRT in schools, and the issue of whether banning CRT teaching violates the First Amendment free speech rights of teachers.
