In this article, the author need of philosopher F. A. Hayek concept of humility when considering social reform because of own fallibility and the cautionary track record of social engineering from the ground up. It determines that philosopher John Rawls views on social justice is too radical and unreachable; and also mentions Hayek concept embrace a principle of liberal constitutional rights, capitalism, and constitutionally limited democracy.
