- Abstract
The article presents a case study on a 24-year-old pregnant woman who has a postural hypotension. It is noted that the patient has developed a hereditary progressive ataxia when she was 21 years old and had complications such as severe hyperemesis gravidarum and labile blood pressure (BP) during her first pregnancy. Information regarding the autonomic dysfunction in pregnancy is discussed including disorders such as postural hypotension.
