- Abstract
The article discusses a study which compared the cardiovascular effects of sevoflurane and isoflurane after premedication of healthy dogs undergoing elective tibial plateau osteotomy. The materials and methods used in conducting the surgery are explained. Data shows the direct systolic, diastolic and mean arterial blood pressures, heart rate, lithium cardiac output, systemic vascular resistance, stroke volume variation and pulse pressure variation in the dogs.
