- Abstract
The article discusses the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution in regards to the website Craigslist and its apparent right to host adult services advertisements as of April 2012, focusing on American freedom of the press and speech rights, as well as commercial speech standards and regulations. According to the article, Craigslist stopped running adult-themed advertisements in 2010 after 17 state attorneys general threatened to prosecute the website for prostitution and child trafficking.
