- Abstract
The article focuses on the cost-effective prostate-specific antigen (PSA) tests associated with European randomized study of screening for prostate cancer (ERSPC) data for prostate cancer (PCa) screening. Topics include the findings on the effect of PCa on the mortality rate of the subpopulation, the survival benefits of the PSA on screening and active treatment, and the aspects of the risk reduction in mortality in PCa detection.
