- Authors

- Abstract
The article explores efforts to investigate the effectiveness of targeting the HER2 oncogen among patients with breast cancer, a controversial therapy due to concerns over the use of carboplatin versus antha-cycline-based regimens. Topics discussed include the use of ER+, HER2-targeting therapy with a focus on HER2 amplication's prognostic effect with the context of an intrinsic subtype assignment and proposals to intensify the endocrine approach due to inability of tamoxifen therapy.
