- Abstract
Children, as subject of law, enjoy comprehensive protection of rights, guaranteed in a number of international declarations and conventions adopted by the United Nations, by the Council of Europe and other international organizations. Children have different civil, political, economic and social rights according to international conventions, such as the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. This becomes important especially when the interest of parents and children are in conflict, which usually happens in cases when parents decide to divorce or when the adults don't have the ability to be good parents. One of the basic human rights of adults is to get married and have a family, so its protection is found in a number of international documents. With particular emphasis on this research, I would have taken the Convention on the Rights of the Child together by analyzing certain members.
