- Abstract
Material cognition of truth through is a process that determines the material facts relevant for the decision in the administrative procedure. The decision in the administrative procedure must be based on facts and circumstances that exist in material reality. The determination of these facts and circumstances can be performed with consistent application of some of the basic principles of the general administrative procedure. The general principles of administrative procedure are stipulated by the Law on Administrative Procedure. Despite these principles there are other principles that are not prescribed by this law, but theoretically derived from its content. These principles are: principle of publicity, principle of literacy and verbality, principle of formality and privacy, principle of investigativity and dispositivity and, principle of immediacy and unimediacy and principle of concentration. From these principles relevant in determining the material truth in administrative procedure are following principles: the principle of transparency, the principle of investigativity and dispositivity) (ivestigation ind disposition principle) the principle of immediacy and the and nonimmediacy and the principle of concentration.
