- Abstract
With the objective of proposing some considerations of law teaching by applying a theoretical model of law teaching complementary to the one of abilities in education assumed by the Federal Judiciary in Mexico, according the Tuning project, that fulfills the needs of training required by the new constitutional paradigm in matters of Human Rights, and, based on this, create conclusions and proposals for the modification of the educational program planned for the Basic Formation and Preparation of Secretaries Course, in 2018. As a training model for future constitutional judges. This goal can be achieved using a qualitative investigation methodology, with a critical epistemological model; resorting to methods such as dogmatic, deductive, analytical, and synthetic, using documentary revision to gather specific themes of interest for the investigation. To conclude with specific proposals in order to form an integral capacitation program, for the forementioned basic Secretary course, through the combination of the educative models of abilities, theoretical and of law teaching, from an Argumentative and Democratic Concept.
