- Abstract
The article presents a case study related to 14‐year‐old male athlete with occasional palpitations and ventricular preexcitation has referred to our center for evaluation. Topics include the differential diagnosis of these electrocardiographic features may include several mechanisms, and the isorhythmic competition with accelerated idiopathic ventricular rhythm might produce this intermittent aberrant QRS.
