The article presents a study which examines the prevalence of intellectual disability in a homeless population in Great Britain. The study indicated that the homeless people seem to be significantly more likely to have an intellectual disability compared with the general population. According to the findings, 12 percent of the homeless population satisfied the criteria for learning disability.
