- Abstract
The ideal preparation process and electrothermal property of graphene composited cotton fabric were discussed. Oxidized graphene was prepared by improved Hummers method. Cotton fabric was used as the base. Oxidized graphene was adhered to the fabric surface by immersing-drying method. NaBH4 was used for reduction to obtain graphene composited cotton fabric. The fabric electrothermal property was tested. The test results showed load capacity of oxidized graphene on the fabric was the largest when the oxidized graphene solution was 1,5 g/L and it was immersed 20 times. Sheet resistance of the obtained graphene composited cotton fabric was better and reached 33, 65 when the concentration of reducing agent NaBH<i was 0. 4 mol/L and the reduction was 6 h. It is considered the obtained graphene composited cotton fabric can be used to study soft capacitor.
