The article presents a case study of 33-year-old pregnant woman, without pouching of the large right ventricular (RV) in the fetus, and fetus was terminated at 28 weeks. Postmortem examination revealed adherent blood clot in RV free wall aneurysm, caused by chronic progressive myocardial ischemia, and luminal narrowing from fibrointimal hyperplasia and medial hypertrophy.
