- Abstract
Evaluates the pharmacokinetics of omeprazole and its metabolites in healthy subjects to determine if a single dose of moclobemide inhibited CYP2C19 activity. Coadministration of moclobemide in extensive metabolizers (EM); Significant suppression of CYP2C19 activity in EM resulting from a single dose of moclobemide; Conclusion that physician prescribing moclobemide should pay to its pharmacokinetic interactions.
