- Abstract
Information on several papers discussed at the 52nd Annual Meeting of the Italian Cancer Society (SIC) held in Rome, Italy on October 4-7, 2010 on cancer therapy research is presented. Topics include the role of the p53 protein in cancer treatment and prevention, a study on cancer stem cells, and cancer modeling with the use of mice. The meeting featured several oncologists including Karen Vousden, Ruggero De Maria, and Natalie Cook.
