Provides information on a study which examined if the migratory endoparasitic nematodes, Radopholus similis, Pratylenchus coffeae and Pratylenchus penetrans could reproduce on two potential model plants, Medicago truncatula and Lotus japonicus. Increase in nematode population in both plant species; Host suitability of the model plants for the migratory endoparasitic nematodes; Comparison of the responses to Medicago truncatula and Lotus japonicus.
