- Abstract
The article discusses the research on the use of laparoscopy in the intestinal malrotation in children patients with upper gastrointestinal (UGI) studies. The participants were composed of 40 patients with malrotation who had presentations of abdominal pain, vomiting and intermittent intestinal obstruction. Results show that 25 males and 15 females patients were performed under laparoscopy and 36 patients showed laparoscopic findings with dilated stomach, cecum ectopic site and duodenum.
