BROWN, CHRISTINE CERNIGLIA
- Abstract
The article calls for the development of a law school curriculum that requires assessment based on collaboration, interdisciplinary techniques, and learned interpersonal skills. Topics discussed include the benefits of integrating experiential learning into legal education, the limitations of the traditional case method, and the case to eliminate grades and rank in the first year. An argument in favor of adding one more year of law school is also presented.
