- Abstract
The article focuses on the judgment of court on the challenges faced by the American Convention on Human Rights (ACHR) in the development of laws related to in vitro fertilization (IVF). Topics discussed include rights for practicing IVF, women's right to have proper health and healthy family and rules made by ACHR for making reforms. It further discusses the rights to reproductive and sexual health.
