- Abstract
In this article, the author offers information on the challenges faced in monitoring and evaluation of the Trafficking in Persons (TIP) Report of 2012 under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) that was issued by the U.S. Interagency Task Force along with the State Departments. It informs that the TIP report is used as an international trafficking indicator tool as well as a diplomatic tool for meeting minimum standards for the elimination of trafficking.
