- Abstract
The Technoscene (Costa, 2021) and the algorithmic condition (Finn, 2018) are conceptualizations of a contemporaneity in constant imbalance. The technological evolution of the last decades urges us to think, from cybernetics' historic a priori (Rodríguez, 2019), the profound changes of coexistence and community between humans, worlds, objects, programs and machines. Latin American literature and arts observe these constellations as well as their consequences from the South, and install exploratory gazes that resist them. This essay analyzes a novel by Argentinian writer Pola Oloixarac which, paradigmatically, put forth figures and characters of the Technoscene while also searching for possible forms of aesthetic interpellation in our technologized lives.
