- Abstract
George Charles Jenkins was a clinical and forensic pathologist who made significant contributions to the field of medicine. He collaborated with medical and pediatric colleagues to establish a home treatment program for haemophilia patients in London. Jenkins served as the President of both the British Societies of Haematology and Forensic Science and was recognized as a Freeman of the City of London. He had a distinguished career, becoming a professor of pathology and training many naval medical officers. After retiring in 1992, Jenkins pursued his interests in travel, art, and theater. He is survived by his children and grandchildren.
