- Abstract
The article discusses the legal aspects of money trails in relation to American politics and non-disclosed campaign contributions (dark money) from organizations and other donors such as businessmen Charles G. Koch and David H. Koch (Koch brothers) and political groups such as the U.S. Senate Majority Political Action Committee and the Alliance for a Stronger America. U.S. federal election laws, judicial precedents, and American taxation laws are also examined in relation to campaign funds.
