- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 78-year-old man with a history of intestinal adenocarcinoma and was diagnosed with a rare malakoplaki of the neck, a rare chronic inflammatory disease. He underwent a computed tomography (CT) scan, which revealed that a heterogeneous soft tissue mass is located in the anterior triangle of his neck. Moreover, the excised specimen sections' microscopic examination showed a diffuse histiocytes infiltration, mostly contained cytoplasmic inclusions.
