- Abstract
The article discusses a process wherein the intra-office communication and patient flow at Southeast Health Center, San Francisco, California, was improved by using Google Docs, a free, web-based, shared spreadsheet application. Details related to the new application's working and its relative benefits compared to other communication systems used at the center including a hospital-based electronic health record (EHR), is presented.
