- Abstract
The article presents a case study of an 86-year-old man with a three-week history of New York Heart Association Class III-IV heart failure symptoms. The patient's history of medical procedure is presented. He underwent transthoracic echocardiography which showed severe prosthetic valve aortic regurgitation. The article discusses the various aspects of Chronic Q fever prosthetic valve endocarditis.
