- Abstract
The article focuses on the issue concerning the closure of Scottish manufacturing establishments between 1966 to 1975. Moreover, the data presented has been used to examine various economic theory of different types of commercial enterprise which are susceptible for closure. The finding provides significant data on policy for the selected government regulations, which are adjusted toward high risk factor. In addition, the authorities had given attention to the irregular cases which had a particular concern on manufacturing plants.
