- Abstract
SRI-45128 and SYK-623 caused efficacious cAMP increases, which is contrary to DOR agonism and consistent with DOR inverse agonism. SRI-45128, positive control SYK-623, and SNC80 reference compounds were used to modulate the cAMP accumulation caused by forskolin treatment (see Methods).
