- Abstract
The article discusses customer injury rate in Washington, D.C. from January to December 2013, according to the key performance indicator (KPI) report from the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. It states that the rate of customer injury in the state was found to be 14% worse compared to the rate generated in 2012. It adds that the recorded customer injury occurred mostly in rail station facilities. Moreover, bus collisions was found to be the main cause of injuries in 2013.
