- Abstract
In view of the problems existing in the traditional wind turbine operation and maintenance management such as passive operation and maintenance, low automation level and high labor demand, based on the MBSE theory, it is proposed to construct a digital twin system model for wind turbine operation and maintenance. The digital model construction process is introduced, and based on the application of RPA process automation robotics, as well as the design method of the operation and maintenance system engine based on the wind turbine operation and maintenance management requirements, the prototype software of the digital twin system for wind turbine operation and maintenance is developed. The feasibility of constructing a digital twin system for wind turbine operation and maintenance is verified through the development of the digital twin system model prototype for wind turbine operation and maintenance.
