- Abstract
In order to meet the needs of intelligent technology research and application of excavators, it is usually necessary to in- stall rotation or tilt angle data detection sensors on the body, boom, bucket rod and bucket to assist in the acquisition and calculation of the attitude information of the whole excavator. To solve the problem of poor reliability of the bucket angle detection signal transmission, the method of improving the reliability of the bucket angle detection signal transmission is introduced from the aspects of the design of bucket angle sensor mounting assembly, the selection of signal shielding cable and the layout of signal cable, which provides corresponding theoretical methods and application support for the intelligent research of excavators and the improvement of overall performance stability.
