- Abstract
The article talks about the media narratives of several incidents at University of Missouri System, that included racist incidents, the impact of majoritarian narratives on society and judicial opinions. Topics discussed include the State ex rel. Gaines v. Canada court case of Missouri Supreme Court related to segregation in state's education public policy, the Kraemer v. Shelley court case related to racism in housing, and Liddell v. Board of Education related to segregation in schools.
