It is well known that an integrable function on (0, ∞) satisfying the functional equation f(qx) = q-1/2xf(x), 0 < q < 1, and ʃf = 1, is a solution to the log-normal moment problem. In this work we introduce and characterize some families of solutions to the log-normal moment problem not satisfying the previous functional equation.
