The article focuses on comparing the outcomes of acromioclavicular joint (ACJ) reconstruction using the modified Weaver–Dunn operation versus hamstring tendon autograft. Topics include the surgical techniques and their effectiveness in achieving stable joint reconstruction; the clinical and radiological results observed in patients; and the advantages and disadvantages of each method in terms of biomechanical stability and postoperative complications.
