This article describes the heuristic learning process of the researcher through the research-intervention methodology on a specific field of entrepreneurship: 16 managers-owners of microenterprises in the post-birth phase. We focused on the decisionmaking process of the entrepreneur, from the intention of actions to the behavior of the entrepreneur in the company. We highlight the richness of the results obtained through the research-intervention process.
